At Samarpana Trust, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and accountability. We deeply value the trust and generosity of our donors who support our mission of caring for persons with intellectual disabilities, senior citizens, and underprivileged communities.
Donations
All donations made to Samarpana Trust are utilized to support our residential care programs, therapy services, medical assistance, educational initiatives, senior citizen welfare, and community outreach activities.
As donations are voluntary, charitable contributions made towards a social cause, they are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully processed.
Refunds in Exceptional Cases
However, if you believe that:
A donation was made unintentionally or in error,
You have been charged an incorrect amount, or
There has been a duplicate or fraudulent transaction,
you may contact us within 7 working days from the date of donation.
Upon verification of the request and supporting details, Samarpana Trust may consider processing a refund at its sole discretion.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address.
Please include your full name, contact number, transaction reference number, date of donation, and the reason for the refund request.
If approved, refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.
Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
